Use of this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our services, to read our published information, and to contact us with an enquiry. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

No legal advice
The information published on this website describes our services in general terms and is not legal advice. Every legal matter is individual, and the law may have changed since any given page was written. You should not rely on anything on this site as a substitute for qualified legal advice in relation to your particular circumstances.
If you submit an enquiry through our contact form or by telephone, we will read it and respond. That response is not legal advice unless we have accepted your instructions in writing and confirmed our engagement.
Fees and pricing
The prices shown on this website are indicative of the starting fees for each service and are correct at the time of publication. The actual fee for your matter will be discussed and agreed with you before any work begins, and confirmed in writing in our client-care letter. We do not begin chargeable work without your informed agreement.
All fees stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of disbursements (third-party costs such as court filing fees) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, layout, and design — belongs to Sulam Sayang or its licensors. You may print or download content for personal reference, but you may not reproduce it commercially or in any form that suggests endorsement by the firm without our written permission.
Third-party links
This website may link to external sites for reference. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or availability. A link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or any of its contents.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the content on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Professional obligations
Sulam Sayang is regulated by the Malaysian Bar under the Legal Profession Act 1976. Our solicitors are bound by the rules of professional conduct of the Malaysian Bar. Where these terms conflict with those rules, the rules of the Malaysian Bar take precedence.
